Helped improve technical foundation of fintech software, giving users a more consistent and seamless experience. Managed the mobile technical modernization organization, leading the rearchitecture and rewrite of the Fidelity Investments iOS app, as well as the creation of foundational SDKs for all Fidelity applications, including NetBenefits and Fidelity Youth.
Contributed to and maintained several iOS and Android applications, and lead the engineering team that pioneered Volvo's first Android Auto app. Rewrote the Android CI/CD pipeline using CircleCI to cut build times in half and improve integration & deployment frequency.
Managed a small team of iOS and Android engineers in a startup environment, and lead the launch of our flagship mobile application "Give Good Deeds". Helped implement an agile working model to increase delivery speed and confidence.
In February 2021, Good Deeds was dissolved due to lack of funding.
Built and lead the mobile team of 3 engineers from the ground up, in a startup environment. Created and maintained our native iOS & Android apps, and designed architecture, user interface, and v2 of our public API. Guided product management on implementing a scrum-style working model.
